How do I get started?

Contact us at [email protected] or on the contact us page to set up an appointment for an initial evaluation. We will match your child up with a tutor who best fit their needs and personality.

How much does the program cost?

Top Tutors, LLC offers competitive rates for in-home tutoring. However, included in our rates, we provide additional materials necessary to help your child succeed. Included in your rate is everything from “Student Binders”, manipulatives, and practice books for State Testing.

We offer single sessions as well as discounted packages.

Each program package is specifically tailored for each child: age, subject(s), number of times per week, number of sessions purchased, and if they are individual vs. small groups (2-5 students).

Do you offer any discounts?

How are tutors hired for TopTutors, LLC?

Each one of our tutors are certified teachers who have gone through a comprehensive background check and screening process. They need to understand the subject matter and must have incredible interpersonal skills to work with your child.

Which grades/ages do you work with?

Top Tutors work with students of all ages, from PreK to high school.

Where are your tutoring sessions held?

Your Top Tutor will meet you at your home, public library, or any other location that is convenient for your child’s learning style.

How can I help my child after the tutoring session has ended?
  • Review the weekly progress report and communication emails with their teacher(s) to see what areas they worked on.
  • Visit the “Resources” tab on our website and use the links available for further support.
  • Review the “Student Binder” prepared for your child. It is full of up-to-date resources for you and your child!
